Shades for different shapes of faces

Finding the right style of frames for your face shape can be a daunting task when you don’t know what to look for. Let’s take a look at what you’ve been missing so you can narrow down the selection and have success with your spectacles.
Round face; use narrow, rectangular frames that are wider than they are deep to make face appear thinner and longer.
Oval face; to visually keep the oval shape’s natural balance, look for glasses that are proportionately to scale with the size of your face. Choose glasses that are as wide as the broadest part of your face and not too deep or too narrow.
Oblong face; to visually minimise the length and bring balance, try frames that cover as much of the centre of the face as possible.
Square face; choose a slender frame that that has more width than depth such as narrow ovals to make the face look longer and soften the angles.
Heart face; to balance the top of the face with the bottom, try frames with vertical lines and a thin rimmed or rimless style.
Triangular face; add width to the upper part of your face by wearing glasses
that are detailed on the top half, like cat eye shapes.
So notice your face shape and start shopping.
